Before leaving the factory , the safe was double tested. However, in order to find any damage incurred during transportation, make sure the safe is in proper working order before walling it up. The safe is guaranteed for the period stipulated in current regulations against any manufacturing defect. The warranty consists of free replacement or repair of the safe or components recognized as defective by the factory or authorized centers. The warranty is not valid in the absence of proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) or if the defects result from misuse, improper installation, tampering with component parts, failure to comply with the standards in the manual, or other causes unrelated to manufacturing. The warranty does not include compensation for costs incurred by the customer for work performed by unauthorized persons or resulting from defects in operation or suspension of use.

Our Authorized Technical Assistance Centers, thanks to the presence of highly qualified technicians specialized in the field, are able to carry out interventions for the forced opening of any strong medium, replacement, and repair of key locks, mechanical and electronic combination, with supply of original spare materials.
